金秋十月，山海相映，環(huán)球人迎來了一年一度的“環(huán)球健身節(jié)”。10月9日（農歷八月十八），青島環(huán)球集團在瑯琊臺景區(qū)舉辦了“逐峰向海 悅動自然”為主題的健身節(jié)活動，喜慶獨屬環(huán)球人的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。集團中層以上干部，技術、營銷人員及2024年度集團標兵等180余名員工，通過登山競技、趣味運動等形式，在自然中釋放活力，展現(xiàn)環(huán)球人的拼搏精神與團隊凝聚力。

集團董事長管陽春參加活動并講話，回顧“環(huán)球健身節(jié)”歷程，展望環(huán)球未來愿景。董事長指出，環(huán)球自2010年創(chuàng)辦“環(huán)球登山節(jié)”以來，歷經2017—2018年深化為“環(huán)球健身節(jié)”（主要以健步行為主），今年重啟的“逐峰向海”登山活動恰與集團發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀相契合——當前正值環(huán)球集團第一個60年發(fā)展周期的收官之年，此次活動亦有著承前啟后的象征意義。董事長強調，在全體環(huán)球人的努力奮斗下，2025年一至八月份的經營成果已遠超預期目標，我們大家要再接再厲，共同努力，再創(chuàng)新高！今天我們在瑯琊臺鳴鑼祈福、登臺得桂，在千古名勝前喊響了環(huán)球人的口號“勇者無懼 環(huán)球必勝”，相信未來一定會屬于全體環(huán)球人、屬于環(huán)球。我們堅信，百年環(huán)球一定會實現(xiàn)！

董事長提出環(huán)球健身節(jié)的另一層含義——“文武之道、一張一弛”的理念，并希望大家在辛勤工作的同時，保持健康的體魄，共擔使命，共同見證“百年環(huán)球”！2025，我們“逐峰向海”；2026，我們“勇攀高峰”！

大家在景區(qū)廣場整齊列隊，由集團辦公室主任逄釗華主持開場，并進行了充分的熱身運動。集團工會主席、副總經理陳秀艷結合瑯琊臺歷史文化，作賽前動員講話，并預祝參加比賽的人員取得好成績，希望大家在活動中享受自然、收獲快樂。隨著一聲令下，全體人員精神飽滿地踏上登山路線。

本次活動沿途設有四個打卡點：帝王宮、徐福殿-龍王殿、群雕像、望越樓。參賽人員需依次打卡并領取物品。登山賽過程中，大家不僅挑戰(zhàn)自我、揮灑汗水，也沉浸于瑯琊臺深厚的文化底蘊與自然風光中。

除了緊張的個人競技賽，活動還設計了“尋寶大作戰(zhàn)”貫穿全程。倡導大家在登山途中細心觀察、尋找“寶物”，增添了登山的趣味性與互動性。

在終點的龍灣廣場趣味運動環(huán)節(jié)，拔河、團隊跳繩、接力賽等趣味項目輪番上演，集團職能部門及各公司代表隊團結協(xié)作、奮勇爭先，現(xiàn)場氣氛熱烈，歡聲笑語不斷。
